
Heat up some oil in pressure cooker, add the ginger and garlic to saute until fragrant. Add all the seasoning, cover up the pressure cooker, press the ‘keep warm/cancel’ button twice, then press the ‘Fish’ button cook with 140°C for 8 minutes.
After pressure release, remove the crab to a plate, reset the ‘Fish’ button and stir in the flour solution.
Add the egg into the pressure cooker. When the egg was cooked, drizzle over the crab with the sauce. Serve.
